I’m a Service Designer and User Researcher with experience helping global brands apply a human-centered approach, navigate the research phase, and translate insights into service and product solutions.
From consultancy to global enterprise, I‘ve led UX teams, advocated for user-centricity across various level of stakeholders. Simply put, I love helping teams understand how the next product could feel or be, and why it matters – through creativity, co-creation, and a spark of Southern Italian energy.

APPROACH
I use Design Thinking to explore problems and create solutions, from research to implementation. Inspired by Future and Systemic Thinking, I design with the bigger picture in mind to create meaningful, long-lasting impact.
