Analytical and visual, I turn qualitative insights into experiences that spark imagination and help stakeholders step easily into users’ shoes. I’ve collaborated with a variety of brands and organizations to understand user behaviour and guide teams from discovery to ideation across both digital and physical products.

From consultancy to global enterprise, I’ve explored many corners of design, from future-focused thinking and experience design to in-depth ethnographic research and crafting actionable insights. I’ve led UX teams and advocated for user-centricity across all levels of stakeholders. Simply put, I love helping teams imagine how the next product could feel or be, and why it matters – through creativity, co-creation, and a spark of Southern Italian energy.
